Well he thinks I’m dead as far as I know. Now there’s two of us. And I’ve already talked to Watson about going out to the news papers with the fact that I’m alive. And if my suspicions are right he’s just here in London, creeping in some house waiting for me to step out of my hiding.

Well most people did. I fell from a balcony and down a waterfall… Together with Moriarty. My guess is that he already know that I’m not dead. After all I have been outside the house and he probably have some little bird telling him everything that has been seen.
